Aphrodite has a lot of survival potential thanks to weak health boosts, and reduced damage from close enemies. Her dual boons are pretty OP.

Zeus

Zeus the king of the gods and protector of mortals, is a god of strength and power. He is a powerful, imposing and regal appearance, sporting long curly hair, and a beard or mustache. His throne sits on Mount Olympus, the highest mountain in Greece. The Statue of Zeus in Olympia, an ancient wonder, is a testament to his power and size. Zeus is also a god of justice, and is the patron of the city, property, strangers, guests, and supplicants. He is also the god of thunder and lighting. He is able to listen to people's voices, imitate them, and even alter their shape. In mythology he punishes people who commit crimes of dishonor or impiety. He also has the power to destroy mountains and trigger earthquakes.

Zeus is the son of Cronus and Rhea. In the war known as the Titanomachy, he sacked his own father. He then drew many with his brothers Hades and Poseidon for shares of the Universe. Zeus received the heavens, Poseidon, the sea and Hades, the underworld.

His sister Hestia goddess of the hearth, is the symbol of the domestic fire. Every Greek city had a public hearth dedicated to Hestia. She is a god of peace who does not interfere in mortal activities. However she is the patron of families and homes. She is also a goddess of justice and order. She has the same power as her brother Hades to control the  fate of men (moira). She does this to protect those who invoke her. Hestia is a great ally for physical damage builds. Her Aid buff increases in a 1:1 ratio to your overall DPS.

Artemis

Artemis daughter of Zeus and Leto and twin sister of Apollo is the Greek goddess of hunting, wild animals and the virtue of chastity. She is also a goddess of protection for girls and women. Her cults were especially prominent in the forest regions of Greece, with particularly large ones in Elaphebolia, Mounikhia, and Brauron. She was particularly well-liked by the Spartans who offered their lives prior to starting a war campaign to her.

She is a virgin god and her sexiness determination, strength, and passion have inspired women across many fields including sports, arts, and feminism. She is also the goddess of female hunters and has been depicted in a variety of paintings and statues as a huntress holding her bow and arrows. She is also a symbol for conservation of the environment and is seen as a woman who cares for the world.

Holmes Trail  unlike other gods in the Greek pantheon, isn't very social. She doesn't like being near other gods and ponders their actions when she feels they are trying to get upon her territory. She is not a fan of other Olympians looking around her property.

Artemis is one of the most powerful gods to shoot because she grants numerous pressure point and speed buffs which make her incredibly effective with ranged weapons. Artemis is also a great companion to Ares because her Duo Boon allows for more constant Doom damage and mitigation. She is also a great choice for weapons that encourage switching between regular and special attacks, as her Heart Rend boon enhances the damage of both attacks.

Athena

Athena is the symbol of wisdom and strategic combat. She is a god who fits her role as Zeus’ daughter. Athena is the daughter of Zeus and Metis. She was born out of his head, and has inherited all of her parents' finest qualities. Athena is the god of patrons of ranged weapons, artillery and shields. But her greatest strength is in offering powerful defensive boons. Her Deflection ability allows her to help deflect melee or projectile attacks back to the source as well as her Frost Strike bonus can deal damage to enemies frozen in the same place.

Her main disadvantage is that she provides few offensive boons, but her damage mitigation buffs are very efficient and can be the difference between a high or low damage-focused build. The Duo boon adds weakness to enemies every time you hit them, which is particularly beneficial in battles where it's hard to avoid being hit, as in Elysium or Styx.

Athena, like her cousin Zeus at times, is often overconfident and think she is more knowledgeable than anyone else. She is also not as close to Zeus as the other Olympian gods and is usually criticizing her.

As Hermes, Athena can offer amazing god boosts for almost every weapon in the game. Her attack boosts however, aren't as strong and it's preferring to select a god who has higher attack multipliers. For instance, Poseidon or Athena. Her shield special attack inflicts a Chill effect which slows enemy movement speed, and her Frost Flourish boon can increase your attack damage and attack damage, but it is not as powerful as other gods that have these powers. Her blessings can be very beneficial and should be embraced.

Demeter

Demeter is a goddess of agriculture and her story illustrates the harmony between parental love and divine duty. The daughter of Titans Cronus and Rhea, Demeter grew jealous of her siblings following the time that the Titans defeated their fathers to take over the universe. Demeter stopped all growth on the earth when Hades kidnapped her sister Persephone. This resulted in a food shortage. Her mother Zeus encouraged her to begin farming again but she refused, insisting that she never gave up looking for her daughter.

She eventually gets back to her mom when Pan god observes her wandering. However, Zeus is upset that she didn't consult him before abducting his daughter and demands she be a maid in Hades his household for the rest of the year. He eventually agrees and she agrees to stop the search for a third of the year, and remains a part-time farmer to show her gratitude.


Demeter is an incredibly powerful goddess who specializes in growing plants and delighting them. Her children can flourish in the most unexpected places, and their fruits can be enchanted to do things like speed heal or incite battle rage or curse players with passion. Demeter is not just known for her farming abilities is also renowned for being the goddess of harvests and grains. She is revered in the Greek city of Eleusis which has long been associated with the mysteries that are celebrated there. The Eleusinian Mysteries were secret and were only accessible to a select few, and many of them are still buried in mystery even today. The mysteries were focused on the cultivation and preservation of food as well as life after death. In her role as the goddess of the harvest, Demeter is a great option for any type of build.

Poseidon

Poseidon was born to Cronus the Titan King, and Rhea his queen, joined his brothers Zeus to overthrow his father and take the control of the Universe. The three divided the world through drawing lots. Zeus took the sky, Hades the underworld and Poseidon the sea. His connection to the oceans and seas and his influence over power, wealth and the mysteries of the deep are enduring influencers on Greek mythology.

He is associated with sea-going horses, horses and storms, earthquakes and quakes. His mighty, unpredictable presence embodies nature's force. He is famous for his trident's power, which is used to stir the oceans, trigger seismic tremors and manipulate water sources. He also tames the wild horses to demonstrate his control over the natural world and the power of humans.

His romantic interactions with other Olympian gods and mortals, and his battles against them, highlight the interconnected fates of humans and gods. His infamous encounter with Gorgon Medusa and her transformation into a monster reveals divine retribution and mortal suffering. His union with Nereid Amphitrite is a perfect example of the harmonious blend of the sea's peaceful and powerful aspects.

Poseidon is the patron saint of sea-going, is particularly loved in Corinth where he was at the heart of the Panhellenic Isthmian Games that brought horses, charioteers, and athletes. These games were held every two years during the spring and were one of the earliest forms of what would later be the Olympic Games. The winged horse Pegasus is his symbol, representing the interplay between the divine and the heroic. He is also a patron of maritime commerce and navigation as evidenced by votive clay plaques dating from the Archaic period.
